Call us to discuss what your needs are. We can provide advice on the level of survey you need, or whether you need a survey at all.
We will contact the Vendor, Estate Agent, or access provider on your behalf to arrange an appointment to carry out the survey. We will confirm all the details with you via email, so you know exactly what’s going to happen and when.
We visit the property and complete the survey, as agreed.
A comprehensive report will be written and sent to you. If you’re happy to receive your report via email it will in your In-box within 5 days. If you prefer a hard copy then it may take a day or two longer, depending on the Postman.
We’ll be available for any questions, or help, regarding the survey or carrying out any other work if required. Remember, we want you to have a positive buying experience and we’ll help where we can.
